We like biodiversity, that which is neither standardized nor standardizable. We believe that small companies like ours must preserve the flavors of the genius loci, not coincidentally considered divine by the ancients. It seems to us that the richness of European culture lies in the polyphony of voices from the different regions.   <\/p>\n            <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"ensoul-column-wrapper text-paragraph-base! wp-block-ensoul-column\" id=\"column-f457e0\">\n    <div class=\"column flex flex-col h-full min-w-0 break-words justify-start\">\n                    \n\n<p class=\"leading-line-height-paragraph tracking-paragraph font-paragraph max-w-container-paragraph text-left !mr-auto text-paragraph-base! md:text-paragraph-lg! p-sost\" id=\"paragraph-f45654\">With this spirit, Giacomo Perusini, at the beginning of the 20th century, reselected the Picolit, and Giampaolo Perusini the Ribolla Gialla. In this same spirit, we created our Merlot Etichetta Nera: in a joint project with the University of Udine, we identified, selected, and replanted some ancient clones present in the estate for over 100 years.
