Olivi, Glicini, Oleandri, Lavanda, and Garofano are located in a building situated in the garden of the main house, near the tower-cellar and the swimming pool. The first three are on the ground floor, Lavanda is on the first floor, all with direct access to the garden and a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. To the northeast (ideal for summer) they have a shaded porch with wicker seating and a ping-pong table, and to the east and west, two wisteria-covered pergolas.
Olivi and Glicini, similar in the layout of the spaces but personalized in colors and furnished with antique furniture, each have a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a living room-kitchen where one or two extra beds can be added.
Oleandri has a double bedroom with bathroom and a small room with a fridge and everything needed to prepare breakfast. Lavanda, on the first floor, has a double bedroom and a small room with two beds, a living room-kitchen, and a bathroom. Garofano has a double bedroom, a double room with a bunk bed, and a large kitchen. All apartments are equipped with a television and Wi-Fi.

Parking is available at all the different accommodation units. Each lodging has an outdoor space with tables and loungers to eat and relax outdoors.

The farmhouse does not offer breakfast, however all our accommodation units are equipped with a kitchenette or fully equipped kitchens. Upon your arrival, coffee, tea, salt, sugar, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil are also provided.

Yes, pets are allowed if they are friendly and not dangerous to other guests. We leave their management in the accommodations to the courtesy of the guests (not on beds or rugs!). The cost for pets is €50 one-time.

Upon arrival, you must present an identity document at the reception.

If the cancellation occurs at least one month in advance, we refund the 30% deposit. Otherwise, it will be retained.
