Casa Rossa I enjoys a splendid location at the top of Monte San Biagio, among oak and acacia woods and terraced vineyards. Its interior is sober and elegant, and the peace and beauty of the site are ideal for those seeking tranquility, while also serving as an excellent base for gastronomic excursions through the Collio (Cormons 5 km) and Colli Orientali, or visits to the art cities of Cividale (9 km), Gorizia (18 km), and Udine (25 km). On the first floor, Casa Rossa I has two twin bedrooms, a bathroom, and a hall with a sofa bed.
This hall and one of the bedrooms open onto the large covered terrace on the first floor (with a view!).
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace and the kitchen; both rooms open onto a covered patio with a magnificent view of the Judrio valley and the Julian Alps… perfect to admire at sunset with a good glass of wine in hand!
Casa Rossa is furnished with antique furniture and carefully finished, entirely with natural materials. Surrounding the house are a garden, the olive grove, Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards, woods, and rolling hills stretching as far as the eye can see. Casa Rossa is equipped with a television with satellite antenna and Wi-Fi.

Parking is available at all the different accommodation units. Each lodging has an outdoor space with tables and loungers to eat and relax outdoors.

The farmhouse does not offer breakfast, however all our accommodation units are equipped with a kitchenette or fully equipped kitchens. Upon your arrival, coffee, tea, salt, sugar, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil are also provided.

The apartments come with sheets, towels, duvets, and a hairdryer.

Yes, pets are allowed if they are friendly and not dangerous to other guests. We leave their management in the accommodations to the courtesy of the guests (not on beds or rugs!). The cost for pets is €50 one-time.

If the cancellation occurs at least one month in advance, we refund the 30% deposit. Otherwise, it will be retained.
