Located in a splendid position in the Eastern Hills of Friuli, in a hilly landscape dotted with castles and abbeys, Agriturismo Perusini is the ideal starting point to discover and appreciate the border valleys between Friuli, Austria and Slovenia, or also, simply, for complete relaxation.
Our estate
The Perusini estate extends over 65 hectares, with the various farmhouses distributed throughout the property in different country houses. In the heart of the estate there is a beautiful swimming pool equipped with deckchairs and a ping-pong table, available to all guests.
The apartments are restored with natural materials, furnished with antique furniture, and equipped with kitchens, televisions, tables, and garden loungers to enjoy the outdoor spaces.
Sports enthusiasts can enjoy rafting, fishing, trekking, and mountain biking trips. For nature lovers, we recommend the Bosco Romagno Natural Park, which is located nearby, and the wildlife islands at the mouth of the Isonzo and the Marano Lagoon. There are also numerous cultural attractions in the area, from the medieval city of Cividale to the early Christian basilica of Aquileia, and the lively cities of Trieste and Udine.
In an ancient farmhouse restored halfway up San Biagio hill is the Ristorante al Postiglione, with a splendid view of the Corno valley. The menus offered are genuine and linked to seasonal products and the Friulian culinary tradition.

Parking is available at all the different accommodation units. Each lodging has an outdoor space with tables and loungers to eat and relax outdoors.

From 2 PM to 6 PM.CHECK OUT
By 10:30 AM, unless exceptions are requested, which are granted if the accommodation is not to be rebooked on the same day. -
The minimum booking is two days.

The farmhouse does not offer breakfast, however all our accommodation units are equipped with a kitchenette or fully equipped kitchens. Upon your arrival, coffee, tea, salt, sugar, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil are also provided.

The apartments come with sheets, towels, duvets, and a hairdryer.

At the company center, there are two washing machines available for the guests of the agriturismo

Cleaning is included in the price. (Except in cases of different agreements made with the agency through which you booked)

Wi-Fi is available in all the farmhouses accommodations.

Yes, they are available free of charge upon request.

Yes, pets are allowed if they are friendly and not dangerous to other guests. We leave their management in the accommodations to the courtesy of the guests (not on beds or rugs!). The cost for pets is €50 one-time.

Upon arrival, you must present an identity document at the reception.

If the cancellation occurs at least one month in advance, we refund the 30% deposit. Otherwise, it will be retained.
