A semi-aromatic native wine, Friulano stands out for its delicate almond aroma and the fine scent of white flowers.
On the palate it is fresh, harmonious, and dry, with a pleasant sapidity and a subtle mineral note.
Versatile and refined, it pairs perfectly with appetizers, cheeses, and fish dishes.
The grapes are gently destemmed and left to macerate for a short period, then softly pressed. The resulting must is clarified by decantation and fermented at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. At the end of fermentation, the wine remains on the lees in the same vessels.
