Winery


The grapes are gently destemmed and left to macerate for a short period, then softly pressed. The resulting must is clarified by decantation and fermented at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. At the end of fermentation, the wine remains on the lees in the same vessels.

Canary yellow with beautiful green reflections.

Nose

Rich and multifaceted, characterized by floral and citrus notes: hints of oleander flowers, elderflower, white rose, and pink grapefruit can be detected.

Mouth

Full-bodied, fresh, and savory; it develops into a pleasant tannic structure. Notes of apricot, kiwi, medlar, bitter almond, and a balsamic hint of mallow emerge.
