It harmoniously combines structure and balance with the mineral richness of the Colli Orientali soils.
On the nose it reveals notes of fresh fruit, while on the palate it stands out for its refined, savory and full body, perfect for anyone looking for a wine with class and versatility.
The hand harvested grapes were gently pressed in a bladder press while being cooled throughout the process with dry ice. Fermentation took place in steel tanks, keeping the temperature below 20° C, followed by ageing on fine lees in the following months. The wine did not undergo malolactic fermentation, because as with all the estate’s white wines the aim was to preserve and enhance the primary and secondary aromas.
