Friulian native grape variety among the most prized since the 1300s, particularly in the Rosazzo area. Ribolla Perusini has always been a signature wine of the estate. Subtle and elegant aroma, low alcohol content, lively freshness and versatility, perfect for aperitifs and pairings with fish dishes.
The hand-harvested grapes were gently pressed and kept cool throughout the entire process. Vinification took place in steel, with the fermentation temperature kept below 20°C and aging on the lees. The wine did not undergo malolactic fermentation, as the goal was to preserve and enhance the primary and secondary aromas while maintaining the Ribolla’s characteristic fresh and mineral notes.
