Winery


The grapes are hand-harvested at different stages of ripeness, allowing for greater aromatic complexity in the winery. Once destemmed, they are left to macerate at 4°C for at least five hours, after which they are pressed while always kept at low temperatures. The vinification took place in steel tanks, with fermentation temperature controlled at 20°C and aging on fine lees for the following months. The wine did not undergo malolactic fermentation.

Colour

Straw yellow, bright with green highlights.

Nose

Beautiful citrus notes with a predominance of pink grapefruit, delicate hints of elderflower and white peach, also featuring the characteristic tomato leaf note.

Mouth

Complex and full-bodied. Long fruit, with a slightly creamy finish. Pronounced characteristic minerality typical of the white wines from the Gramogliano hill.
