Characterized by its typical varietal aroma, enhanced by steel vinification, this wine stands out for its freshness, minerality, and persistence.
With great personality, it is perfect with shellfish, grilled fish, and asparagus-based dishes.
The grapes are hand-harvested at different stages of ripeness, allowing for greater aromatic complexity in the winery. Once destemmed, they are left to macerate at 4°C for at least five hours, after which they are pressed while always kept at low temperatures. The vinification took place in steel tanks, with fermentation temperature controlled at 20°C and aging on fine lees for the following months. The wine did not undergo malolactic fermentation.
